Our office is only open Monday- Friday 9-5, so please bare this in mind when emailing out of hours.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by the team it will be dispatched! When it is sent you will receive a confirmation email saying that your order is on its way, this will include your tracking number.

You can watch for updates on your parcel with the tracking information provided.

Please note that we are only open Monday- Friday 9-5, so any orders placed over the weekend will not be processed till Monday. All Next Day and Special Delivery needs to be placed before 1pm- anything after this will not be processed until the following day.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return your item a refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note when trying items on please make sure that you are not leaving perfume, deodorant and make up stains on items.

We offer a swap or exchange with free return post within the UK, just one time only as a gesture of good will.

This does not apply to any countries outside of the UK.

Please post back to the address below, tracked and signed for, and make sure you put your invoice in the parcel.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

Bikinis and Swimwear is non-refundable, as are any items that have been worn, damaged, stained or marked in any form.

Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY.

Have you received my return?

lease ensure all returns are sent back to the PO Box tracked and signed for. This will enable you to track your return.

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to reach our HQ. As soon as we have received it, we will begin to process your order.

Ensure you keep your Proof of Postage receipt, as this is EXTREMELY important in tracking your return on its journey back to both the PO Box and HQ.

Once we have confirmed that we have received your order and that your refund has been processed, please allow up to 7 working days for funds to be credited back to your account.

Can I exchange my items?

We only offer exchanges within the UK.

If you urgently need the item exchanged, we would recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the required item to avoid the processing time.

Please make it clear on your returns form what you wish to exchange for. Whether that be size, colour or even a new style.

Your items will need to be returned to us within the 14 days to be eligible for an exchange.

Can I amend/cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed, we cannot amend your order.

We process the orders super quick to ensure you get your items ASAP.

Due to this, please ensure you check your sizes, colours and shipping details before you complete your order!

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide!

Please allow 5+ working days for your order to be delivered.

We will not be responsible for any custom or duty charges.

What if I am not in when my delivery arrives?

We understand how busy our customers are and we know you may not always be there when your delivery arrives.

All parcels will need to be signed for, so if you are not in a card will be left for you to pick up from your local depot.

You can always set a different delivery address from your billing address to avoid delay in receiving your parcel.

How do I access my store credit?

You will need to make an account online on our website with the same email address you used with your order.

Your credit is unique to this email and will show up at the checkout for you to use!
