If you wish to return your item a refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt. Please note when trying items on please make sure that you are not leaving perfume, deodorant and make up stains on items.
We offer a swap or exchange with free return post within the UK just one time only as a gesture of good will. This does not apply to any countries outside of the UK.
Please post back to the address below and make sure you put your invoice in the parcel. Please send back to us recorded delivery so you can track your parcel.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The return has to be within 14 days so example if you place a order on the 1st July then it needs to be returned to us before the 14thJuly. This is does not apply to pre-order items.
Non refundable items:
- Bikinis and Swimwear
- Any items that are worn, damaged, stained or deodorant marks.
- Sale items are non refundable but we will offer store credit instead.
We advise to return parcels second class, signed for via Royal Mail to our PO Box. Please note, other couriers do not deliver to a PO Box which we cannot be held liable for.

Returns for a refund or store credit are completed within 10 working days. Exchanges are completed within 7 days.
